Abstract

Glomangiopericytoma of sinonasal type is a rare haemangiopericytoma of low malignant potential. It is soft tissue tumour derived from perivascular modified glomus like cell with myoid features. Here we report a case in a 52 year old male patient who presented with epistaxis and sinonasal polypoid mass. It was diagnosed as sinonasal glomangiopericytoma and we discuss the histology features and differentials to help in the diagnosis of this rare nasal neoplasm that presents with common symptoms of epistaxis and nasal obstruction associated with polypoid mass.
